한국어 맛 표현 어휘의 교재 제시 양상 및 개선 방안 연구
맛 표현 어휘는 오늘날 한국 사회에서 가장 중요한 소통 대상 중 하나가 된 음식을 소재로 이루어지는 담화에 성공적으로 참여하기 위해서 반드시 익혀야 할 교육 대상이지만, 한국어 교육에서는 아직 이에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 교수 학습의 기본 방향성을 제시해 주는 한국어 교재에서 맛 표현 어휘가 제시된 현황을 고찰하고, 그 개 선 방안을 모색해 본 것이다. 2장에서는 한국어 맛 표현 어휘의 유형을 구분하고, 각 유형이 지닌 특성을 고찰해 보았다. 한국어 맛 표현 어휘는 미각에 관련된 것, 공감각과 관련된 것, 명사 결합형의 특성을 지닌 것, 종합적 맛 평가어의 특성을 지닌 것의 네 가지 유형으로 나누어 볼 수 있으며, 각 유형별 로 의미상 차이를 지니는 다양한 표현들이 나타난다. 3장에서는 맛 표현 어휘가 한국어 교재에서 다루어지는 양상을 살펴보았다. 교재에서 다루 어지는 맛 표현 어휘의 유형과 어휘소 및 제시 단계를 살펴보면 일관성 있는 기준을 찾기 힘 들 정도로 교재별로 많은 차이가 나타나며, 맛 표현 어휘의 기술 방식에서는 일부 기본적 미 각어나 종합적 맛 평가어 외에는 그것이 어떤 맛을 의미하는지 정확히 이해하기 어려운 모습 을 보인다. 4장에서는 학습자들의 맛 표현 어휘 사용 능력을 기르기 위해 교재 제시 방식에서 어떤 점이 변화되어야 할지에 관해 고찰해 보았다. 양적인 면에서는 맛 표현 어휘에서 단계성을 설 정하고 이에 따라 교육 대상을 선정하는 것이 필요하며, 질적인 면에서는 맛 표현 어휘의 제 시 방식을 변화시켜 나가야 할 것이다.
A Study on the Presentation Status and Improvement Plan of Taste Expression Vocabulary in Korean Textbooks
Taste expression vocabulary is an educational subject that must be mastered in order to successfully participate in a food-based discourse that has become one of the most important communication subjects in Korean society today, but researches on it have not yet been actively conducted in Korean language education. This study examines the current education state of Korean taste expression vocabulary through the Korean textbooks that present the basic direction of teaching and learning, and seeks out improvement plan. In Chapter 2, we distinguished the types of Korean taste expression vocabulary and examined the characteristics of each type. The vocabulary can be divided into four types: related to palate, related to synesthesia, having the characteristics of noun combination type, and having the characteristics of the comprehensive taste evaluation word, and various expressions that differ in meaning for each type appear. In Chapter 3, we investigated the aspects of taste expression vocabulary in Korean textbooks. The types of taste expression vocabulary, the lexicons and presentation stages that are handled in the textbooks show that there are many differences among the textbooks to the extent that it is hard to find a consistent standard. The method of describing the taste expression vocabulary presents how difficult it is to understand exactly what the vocabulary means except for some basic palate or summative taste evaluation words. In chapter 4, we discussed what should be changed in the way the taste expression vocabulary is presented in the Korean textbooks in order to develop the learners' ability to use the vocabulary. In terms of quantity, it is necessary to set the stage in taste expression vocabulary and select the corresponding target of education, and in terms of quality, we will have to change the way of presenting the taste expression vocabulary.
