1948년-1949년 하얼빈 한글신문 『民主日報』 분석
본 논문은 1948년-1949년 북만주지역과 동만주지역 한인들을 대상으로 발행한 한글신문 『민주일보』의 제반사항을 고찰한 것이다. 1948년 4월에 중공중앙 동북국의 명령에 따라 목단강의 한글본 『인민신보』, 하얼빈의 한 글본 『신민일보』, 조선의용군 제삼지대의 한글본 『전투보』와 『아동보』를 통합하여 한글본 『민주일보』가 만들어졌다. 『민주일보』는 만주에 거주한 조선인들이 중국인과 더불어 당과 인 민을 위해 살아있는 신문을 만들고자 했다. 1949년 3월에 연변일보로 병합되어 폐간되었다. 오늘날 중국국가도서관과 연변대학도서관에 원본 8개월분, 개인에 복사본 2개월분이 각각 소 장되어 있다. 나머지 2개월분은 소장처 미상이다. 민주일보사의 초대 사장은 주덕해이다. 본사에는 편집부와 업무부를 두었고, 편집부 아래 에 각 지역 통신원과 연락하는 통신소조를 두었다. 통신원은 기간통신원과 보통통신원으로 나 누었고, 해당지역의 취재, 홍보, 배급 등을 관할했다. 민주일보사가 자체적으로 신문 구독료와 광고, 서적 인쇄와 판매 등 일정한 수입을 거두어들였으나, 당시 격심한 동란 속에 활자가 부 족하여 쪽자로 만들거나 구독료가 엄청나게 뛰어오른 전시 인플레이션으로 운영과 인쇄에 적 지 않은 어려움을 겪었다. 이밖에 북한 언론출판물을 배송해주는 업무도 맡았다. 국내(중국) 기사는 자체 취재, 신화사, 통신원과 독자들의 투고에서 나왔는데, 주로 당의 정책과 홍보, 해방 전쟁 지원, 생산물자 증산 등을 보도했다. 국제 기사는 타스통신과 북조선 통신에 의지했는데, 주로 북한 노동당 정권, 한국에서의 소요와 반정부투쟁, 해외 공산진영 국 가의 활동, 민주진영 국가의 부패와 소요 등을 보도했다. 이밖에 만주 한인의 생활상, 한글로 창조되거나 번역된 문예 작품 등이 포함되어 있다.
Study on the Minju Daily News(民主日報), a Korean newspaper in Harbin(哈爾濱), China, published in 1948-1949
This article studied on the Minju Daily News, a Korean newspaper, published for Koreans of North Manju and East Manju, in 1948 - 1949. In April 1948, the central Dongbeiju of the Chinese Communist Party published Minju Daily News, a Korean newspaper, integrating Inmin News(人民 新報), a Korean paper of Mudianjiang(牧丹江), Sinmin News(新民日報), a Korean paper of Harbin, Jeontu News(戰鬪報), a paper of the third troops of Korean volunteer armies(朝鮮義勇軍 第三支隊), and Ydong News(兒童報). The Koreans of Manju and Chinese worked together to make Minju Daily News, a vibrant paper, for the Party and people. The paper was discontinued in March 1949, being merged into Yanbian News. These days, the original issues of 10 months and the private copies of 2 months are housed each in the National Library of China(中國國家圖書館) and the Library of Yanbian University(延邊大學圖書館). The location of remaining 2 months’ issues are unknown. The first president of Minju Daily News was Ju deokhae. There were an editorial department and a business department in the head office. In editorial department, there were communicator groups, contacting local reporters of each region. The local reporters were divided into regular and temporary ones, and they were responsible for collecting news, public relations, and distribution of each region. The Minju Daily News company had regular income from the subscription fee, advertisement, printing books and bookselling. However they had to make printing type with combining other pieces due to lack of metal type in wartime situation, and they had difficulty in printing and managing because of the inflation. They also did delivery work of the publications of North Korea. The domestic news were from self-coverage, Xinhua news agency, local reporters and contributions from readers. They covered the policies and the public relations of the Party, support of the liberation war and an increased production of industrial goods. The international news were mostly from Tass news agency and the North Korea Press. They covered the Labor Party of North Korea, anti-government campaign in Korea, activities in foreign Communist countries, and corruption and disturbance in democratic countries. Also there were the life style of Korean in Manju, literature written in Korean or translated into Korean in the newspaper.
