‘-는 바람에’, ‘-는 통에’, ‘-는 탓에’에 대한 중국어권 학습자의 인식 양상 연구
이 연구의 목적은 ‘-는 바람에’, ‘-는 통에’, ‘-는 탓에’의 의미·화용·형태·통사적 특징 에 대한 중국어권 한국어 학습자의 인식 양상을 살펴, 유사 문법에 대한 교수 학습 방안을 개선하려는 데 있다. 이를 위해 본고는 우선 다양한 선행 연구 및 문법서를 통해 ‘-는 바람 에’, ‘-는 통에’, ‘-는 탓에’의 의미적 및 화용적 특징, 선행 용언 제약, 시제 제약, 서법 제약 을 정리하여 제시하였다. 다음으로 유사한 인과관계 표현의 의미와 형태, 통사적 특징에 대한 이해 양상 및 사용 양상에 대해 조사하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 중국어권 한국어 학습자는 ‘-는 바람에’, ‘-는 통에’, ‘-는 탓에’의 선행절 용언 및 시제 제약에 대해 정확히 인식하지 못하고 사용 오류를 범하였다. 그 원인은 모국어의 영 향을 받은 중국어권 한국어 학습자가 한국어의 복잡한 통사적 제약을 변별할 수 없는 데 있었 다. 본고는 중국어권 학습자가 한국어 유사 문법 표현 습득 시 겪는 어려움을 실질적 방법으 로 확인한 것으로, 중국어권 학습자의 한국어 사용 오류를 개선하기 위해 유사 문법의 통사적 제약을 명시적으로 제시할 것을 주장하였다. 나아가 의미 중심 학습 성향이 있는 중국어권 학습자에게 맞는 교수 학습 방안을 객관적으로 마련할 필요가 있음을 밝혔다.
A Study on The Cognitive Patterns of Chinese-speaking Korean Learners Regarding ‘-는 바람에’, ‘-는 통에’, ‘-는 탓에’
The purpose of this study is to examine the perception patterns of Chinese-speaking Korean learners of Korean regarding the semantic, pragmatic, morphological, and syntactic characteristics of the expressions ‘ -는 바람에’, ‘-는 통에’, and ‘-는 탓에’, and to propose improvements to teaching and learning strategies for similar grammatical structures. To this end, the study first organised and presented the semantic and pragmatic characteristics, as well as the constraints on preceding verbs, tense, and mood, of ‘ -는 바람에’, ‘-는 통에’, and ‘-는 탓에’. Next, it investigated and analysed the learners’ understanding and usage patterns of similar causal expressions in terms of their meaning, form and syntactic characteristics. The findings revealed that Chinese-speaking Korean learners struggled to correctly recognise and use the verb and tense constraints of the preceding clauses for ‘ -는 바람에’, ‘-는 통에’, and ‘-는 탓에’, resulting in usage errors. The cause was attributed to the influence of the learner’s native language, which hindered their ability to differentiate the complex syntactic constraints of Korean. This study identified the practical challenges faced by Chinese-speaking learners in acquiring similar grammatical expressions in Korean and argued for the explicit presentation of syntactic constraints for similar grammatical structures to address these errors.
